When do pre-orders release? — Short: Staged releases with email updates.

We publish in phases so you can start using modules as they’re finished. You’ll receive email updates with a simple changelog and links to new material. Until your course “releases,” you can request a 100% refund for any reason. After release, you have 14 days unless more than 20% of the course has been viewed.

Is this financial advice? — Short: No, education only.

No. We teach frameworks—position sizing, checklists, risk limits, and decision journals. We don’t give individualized recommendations or signals. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell a security.

How are seats provisioned? — Short: Send a roster; we activate.

After purchase, you’ll receive an invoice and a confirmation email with a secure reply address. Send a CSV or list with each learner’s name and work email. We activate those seats and confirm back. Unused seats can be reassigned anytime; once a seat is activated, it is non‑refundable.

Refund policy — Short: Clear windows by product.
  • Consumer courses: 100% until release; then 14 days unless >20% of the content has been viewed.
  • Seat licenses: refundable before activation; not refundable after activation.
  • Workshops: deposits are non‑refundable once a date is scheduled; the remaining balance is due 2 business days before the session.
Climate contribution — Short: 1% now; 5% after $50k.

We contribute 1% of revenue via Stripe Climate now and raise to 5% after total sales exceed $50k. This matches our public pledge on the site footer and Ethics page.

Why pre-orders? — Short: Fund production, founders’ pricing.

Pre‑orders let us fund production responsibly and offer founders’ pricing to early supporters. This also helps us time workshop dates and plan seat‑capacity with organizations that want to start pilots.
